A Magyar Tudomány Ünnepe alkalmából 2020. november 3-án 17:00 órakor került sor az idei Kiss József-díj ünnepélyes átadására. A 2020. évi kitüntetést Török Zsuzsa a Bölcsészettudományi Kutatóközpont Irodalomtudományi Intézetének tudományos munkatársa kapta az Arany János: Elbeszélő költemények (Bp., MTA BTK Irodalomtudományi Intézet – Universitas Kiadó, 2019) kritikai kiadás sajtó alá rendezéséért és Petelei István műveinek kritikai kiadásáért. Laudációt mondott Csörsz Rumen István.
